MAG Aerospace said this week it has acquired North American Surveillance Systems, which focuses on airborne special missions systems integration.
The deal adds over 75 employees, MAG said.
The Titusville, FL-based NASS specializes "in manufacturing, installation and support of state-of-the-art electronic communications, navigation, and surveillance systems," according to MAG. It counts among its customers domestic and foreign militaries; federal, state and local law enforcement agencies; and special-mission companies.
Earlier this month, MAG announced it had teamed up with private-equity firm New Mountain Capital, which is providing "financial and strategic resources."
