Mattis appears before Senate Appropriations

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Joseph Dunford appear before the Senate Appropriations defense subcommittee this morning. This is Mattis and Dunford's first appearance before Congress to discuss President Trump's fiscal year 2018 budget blueprint and the FY-17 budget amendment.
