Maxar Technologies this week said sales in its most recent quarter hit $490 million, down 15% from the same three-month period a year earlier.
The company's services segment reported higher sales during the quarter, which Maxar attributed to "new contract awards and expansion of programs with the U.S. government."
However, its space systems and imagery segments saw reduced sales.
Maxar said quarterly profit reached $146 million, up from a $40 million loss the prior year.
