The Navy announced today that it has postponed an industry day for Future Vertical Lift Maritime Strike.

The industry day was slated for March 17, according to a recent government notice.

"FVL-MS is the recap effort for the MH-60R/S and the MQ-8B/C to ensure enhanced capabilities are available in the 2035+ timeframe," the original notice reads. "FVL-MS Industry Day will present the capabilities needed for FVL-MS and will be followed in the coming months by a government conducted Analysis of Alternatives."

Inside Defense previously reported that the Navy expects to finish its analysis of alternatives for Future Vertical Lift Maritime Strike capability by the conclusion of fiscal year 2022.
