NCI acquired

Government contractor NCI said today an affiliate of private-equity firm H.I.G. Capital has completed its acquisition offer.

With the completion of the tender offer, the company said, NCI will become a "privately held, indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of an affiliate of H.I.G."

The merger is expected to be completed Tuesday, the company said.
