Perspecta acquires Knight Point Systems

Perspecta said today it has acquired Knight Point Systems, which specializes in modernizing IT and protecting networks, for $250 million.

The company said the acquisition will bolster its offerings in "cloud, cyber, digital transformation and enterprise IT that modernize and transform government mission delivery."
