Perspecta files bid protest over Navy NGEN services contract

Perspecta this week filed a bid protest with the Government Accountability Office over the services portion of the Navy's Next Generation Enterprise Network program, marking the award's second protest.

General Dynamics Information Technology filed a bid protest over the same contract earlier this month.

The Navy awarded Leidos the contract, worth up to $7.7 billion, in February.

The protest, according to GAO's docket, was filed March 9 and will be decided by June 17.

Perspecta did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
