Perspecta has signed a deal with HPI Federal, a subsidiary of HP, worth more than $120 million to assist in "services and integration of the hardware" for the Navy’s Next Generation Enterprise Network program, the company’s chief executive said during a call with analysts this week.

"We have just signed a contract with them for $125 million, $130 million over about two-and-a-half years to help them in the services and integration of the hardware," Mac Curtis said. "That will start probably in July."

A Perspecta spokeswoman today declined to comment further on the agreement.

Perspecta was the incumbent on both the hardware and services management portions of the Navy's re-competition for NGEN, the program that provides the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet.

HPI Federal won the end-user hardware contract in October 2019 and Leidos was awarded the services management contract earlier this year.

While Perspecta did not compete for the end-user hardware deal, it currently has a bid protest filed with the Government Accountability Office concerning the Navy's award to Leidos.
