Perspecta says Curtis will retire

Perspecta said Tuesday that Mac Curtis, the company's chief executive, intends to retire once Perspecta is acquired by Peraton and its private-equity owner Veritas Capital.

The company shared the plan in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Curtis, a contracting veteran, in 2013 was named CEO of a predecessor company to Perspecta.
