Perspecta reported earlier this month the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic cut its quarterly sales by about $19 million.

In an earnings announcement, the contractor said it continues "to assess further possible implications to our business, supply chain and customers, and to take actions in an effort to mitigate adverse consequences."

Meanwhile, Perspecta said during its most recent quarter its defense and intelligence segment recorded sales of $795 million, down 2% from the same three-month period a year earlier.

The unit's quarterly profit totaled $105 million, down about 10% from the prior year.
