Raytheon names Dumais chief transformation officer

Raytheon Technologies said today it has promoted Michael Dumais to chief transformation officer "to drive high-impact business transformation initiatives over the next 12 months."

Dumais, who joined predecessor company United Technologies in 1998, was executive vice president of operations and strategy at UTC. He will continue to have responsibility for Raytheon's corporate strategy and development.

"As chief transformation officer, Dumais will be responsible for accelerating Raytheon's strategic transformation initiatives, focusing company-wide technologies on key market opportunities, digitally enabling key business processes and reducing cost," the company said.
