SAIC adds Johnson to board

Science Applications International Corp. said this week Mark Johnson, the co-founder and managing partner of private-equity firm Astra Capital Management, will join its board of directors today.

With the addition of Johnson, SAIC's board has nine members.

Before founding Astra Capital in 2014, Johnson was a managing director and global partner at the Carlyle Group.
