Salient CRGT agrees to buy Information Innovators

Salient CRGT said Monday it has agreed to acquire Information Innovators, a contractor particularly focused on healthcare IT.

Salient CRGT, which did not disclose the terms of the deal, said the transaction would increase its revenue to more than $500 million and better position it to compete with large contractors.

Information Innovators specializes in enterprise IT, cloud services and agile development, Salient CRGT said.

The deal is expected to close by the end of March.

Salient Federal Solutions and CRGT merged in 2015 to become Salient CRGT.
