Varner to retire

ManTech International said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing this week Bill Varner, who heads its mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group, is slated to retire at the end of the year.

Varner joined ManTech in 2009. He previously had served as executive director of the intelligence operations unit at Northrop Grumman-TASC. He joined TASC in 1978.
