Vectrus hires Boyle

Vectrus said this week it has named Kevin Boyle chief legal officer and general counsel.

He succeeds Michele Tyler, who will remain with Vectrus during a transition period, the company said.

Boyle most recently was general counsel at Vencore, which was merged with two other companies to create Perspecta. He has also previously worked at Alion Science & Technology, MCR and Vangent.
