VT Group names new CEO

Defense contractor VT Group said this week it has named John Hassoun president and chief executive, effective immediately.

Hassoun previously led Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions, which was acquired by ASRC Federal last year. He also was an executive at General Dynamics, Veridian and ATS Corp.

VT Group has 660 employees and more than 80 locations.
