DOD Report To Congress On The GMD Program

October 5, 2010

The redacted May 2010 report, marked "for official use only" and obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request, defends the Obama administration's decision to cut 14 interceptors from its Ground-based Midcourse Defense program, arguing that the remaining 30 interceptors "will defend the homeland for the foreseeable future against the projected threat from North Korea and Iran."
