DSCA Statements On Potential Military Sales To Saudi Arabia

In an Oct. 20, 2010, statement, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency announced it has notified Congress of potential sales to Saudi Arabia of 84 F-15SA aircraft worth an estimated cost of $29.4 billion. Also includes Oct. 20 statements of potential sales of AH-64D APACHE, UH-60M BLACKHAWK, AH-6i Light Attack and MD-530F light turbine helicopters with a potential cost of $25.6 billion; AH-64D APACHE Longbow helicopters worth a potential cost of $3.3 billion and AH-64D Longbow helicopters, engines and night vision sensors with an estimated cost of $2.2 billion. Also includes an Oct. 20 State Department briefing by Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs Andrew Shapiro.
