DOD FY-11 Enterprise Transition Plan

The December 2010 Defense Department fiscal year 2011 Enterprise Transition Plan (ETP) "focuses specifically on those business systems that are new or being modernized and provides the Department’s roadmap accordingly. It identifies the governance and strategic framework DOD uses to manage its investments, describes how those investments are part of the Department’s overarching management reform efforts, outlines key improvement initiatives for FY-11 and provides specific information regarding each of its business system investments."
