Reps. Johnson And Markey's Resource Assessment Of Rare Earths Bill Text

On March 31, 2011, Reps. Hank Johnson (D-GA) and Edward Markey (D-MA) introduced the resource assessment of rare earths bill, which directs the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) to conduct a three-year, comprehensive global mineral assessment of rare earth elements. Includes the bill text, a fact sheet, a March 30 letter from U.S. Magnetic Materials Association President Ed Richardson to Johnson and a March 31 Johnson statement.
