Frank Lucas (R) press the Air Force for further details following the service's announcement of a preferred consolidation of the Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals (IFF) training units that would eliminate IFF at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, OK, and Laughlin AFB, TX.
