MDA's SBX Vessel Final Environmental Assessment

On May 16, 2011, the Missile Defense Agency released the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the maintenance and upgrade of the Sea-Based X-Band radar vessel at two Navy facilities as contingency locations.
