DOD Omnibus Reprogramming Request

In a June 30, 2011, reprogramming request for fiscal year 2011, Pentagon comptroller Robert Hale asks Congress for permission to transfer $6 billion to support top priorities, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program's cost increases and new initiatives for communications, vehicles and aircraft.
