House Lawmakers' Letter To Supercommittee On Nuclear Weapons Funding

In an Oct. 11, 2011, letter to the bipartisan supercommittee charged with cutting billions of dollars in government spending, 64 House Democrats call on the panel to "cut $20 billion a year, or $200 billion over the next 10 years, from the U.S. nuclear weapons budget."
