In a Jan. 26, 2012, reprogramming request, Pentagon Comptroller Robert Hale asks congressional permission to shift $285.2 million in fiscal year 2012 spending to fund a raft of programs deemed "urgent warfighter" needs, specifically the Precision Guidance Kit (PGK) fuze.
