DOD 2/7/2012 Reprogramming Request For ISR Programs

In a Feb. 7, 2012, reprogramming request, Pentagon Comptroller Robert Hale asks congressional permission to shift $114.1 million in fiscal year 2012 spending to fund a raft of programs deemed "urgent warfighter" needs, specifically for military intelligence programs and projects supported by the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Task Force, including the acquisition of 51 Puma aircraft, small, unmanned aircraft built by AeroVironment.
