Kendall Memo On Updated MAIS List

In an April 19, 2012, memo, Frank Kendall, the Pentagon's top acquisition official, updates the Defense Department's major automated information system oversight list. The memo lists the 42 programs that will be monitored and the 23 programs that had been included on the previous list that was published in 2007.
