Navy Attacks RAND Study Calling Biofuels Effort Commercially Unviable

The Navy is pushing back hard against a RAND study commissioned by the Defense Department that panned the military's biofuel efforts and said most alternative fuels being developed by the Navy are of limited or nonexistent tactical benefit.
