Vectrus files protests over APS-5, K-BOSSS contracts

After losing two key recompetitions, Vectrus has filed protests with the Government Accountability Office. The contractor said late last month it did not win the recompetition of the Kuwait Base Operations & Security Support Services -- or K-BOSSS -- contract, which provides about 30 percent of its revenue.
