Four companies have filed protests with the Government Accountability Office over a $117 million contract award for base operations and security support services in Kuwait, according to the GAO bid protest docket.

The Pentagon last month said it received five bids, indicating all four of the losing bidders have protested. KBR-Triple Canopy won the award.

Those filing protests, according to the docket, are A2K, the Defense Support Alliance, Fluor Federal Solutions and Vectrus, the incumbent in the program.

The government's System for Award Management -- or SAM -- database indicates A2K shares an address with AECOM, but the company did not return a request for confirmation. The Defense Support Alliance's address in SAM is the same as the headquarters of DynCorp International. DynCorp did not respond to a request for confirmation.

Decisions on the protests are due Jan. 17, according to the bid protest docket.
