DARPA's 'OFFSET' BAA

On Feb. 15, 2017, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency issued a broad agency announcement seeking industry's input to develop and demonstrate swarming autonomous platforms that can help in urban operating environments for an effort labeled the "OFFensive Swarm-Enabled Tactics" program.
