GAO decisions on Marine Corps MRAP contract award bid protests

On Feb. 9, 2017, the Government Accountability Office's comptroller general released a pair of decisions issued the previous Jan. 30 that denied two separate bid protests, from Raytheon and VSE Corp., for a lowest price technically acceptable contract the Marine Corps awarded in May 2016 for work on its Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle fleet.
