Serco CEO to retire

Serco Inc. today said Dan Allen, the company's chief executive, will retire by midyear.

Allen has led the Reston, VA-based Serco Inc., the Americas division of Serco Group, since late 2013. He previously was an executive at CACI International and Northrop Grumman.

"A search to include both internal and external candidates will commence immediately for Dan's replacement," Serco said.
