Thornberry previews defense policy bill and future budget negotiations

House Armed Services Committee Chairman Mac Thornberry (R-TX) expects the Trump administration to submit the fiscal year 2018 budget on May 22 and plans to advance his committee's defense authorization bill in the following weeks.
