Pentagon won't put time line on separation of CYBERCOM, NSA

Despite President Trump's decision to elevate U.S. Cyber Command to a unified combatant command, the Pentagon will not put a time line on when the command will be separated from the National Security Agency. Since its inception in 2009, CYBERCOM has shared resources with the NSA, and the two organizations have shared the same commander in a “dual-hat” arrangement.
