Army seeking prototypes for Remote Reconnaissance Vehicle Project

The Army is pursuing a prototype project to examine an amphibious, robotic, all-terrain vehicle capability, according to a Sept. 11 request for proposals released on Federal Business Opportunities. Doug Halleaux, a spokesman for the Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center, said in a Sept. 14 email the project is sponsored by the Army G-3/5/7 and Rapid Capabilities Office.
