Army SFAB communications capability reprogramming request

In a Sept. 11, 2017, reprogramming request signed by Pentagon Comptroller David Norquist, the Army aims to repurpose $107 million in fiscal year 2017 funds from the service's other procurement and research, development, test and evaluation accounts to support its nascent security force assistance brigades. The congressional defense committees subsequently approved the Army's request to reprogram $90 million.
