Army awards Man Transportable Robotic System Increment II contract

Massachusetts-based Endeavor Robotics has been awarded a contract to develop a medium-sized robotic system capable of detecting and eliminating explosives for the Army. According to a Sept. 29 Defense Department announcement, the $100 million contract for the Man Transportable Robotic System Increment II has an estimated completion date of Sept. 29, 2024.
