Private-equity firm acquires Janus Global Operations

An affiliate of private-equity firm DC Capital Partners has acquired stability operations contractor Janus Global Operations, Janus announced today.

"Janus provides integrated stability operations services including humanitarian munitions remediation, environmental remediation and services, risk management, and logistics and lifecycle support solutions to public and private sector clients worldwide," the company said.

DC Capital said the acquisition would allow Janus to expand its services and to collaborate with other DC Capital companies. The Janus management team, led by Matt Kaye, the company's chief executive, will remain in place.
