JMS operational test schedule 'unrealistic,' DOT&E says

The director of operational test and evaluation said in his 2017 report the Air Force's test plan for the Joint Space Operations Center Mission System is unrealistic and could cause delays to the Space Fence radar. The legacy JSpOC tracks and catalogs space objects, and JMS is meant to modernize that capability.
