Senior Army leaders' joint testimony on modernization

On Feb. 7, 2018, Army Lt. Gen. Joseph Anderson, deputy chief of staff (G-3/5/7); Lt. Gen. John Murray, deputy chief of staff (G-8); Lt. Gen. Paul Ostrowski, principal military deputy to the Army acquisition chief; and Maj. Gen. Robert Dyess Jr., acting director of the Army Capabilities Integration Center testified before the Senate Armed Services airland subcommittee on Army modernization.
