Lawmakers include four physiological episode provisions in FY-19 mark

House Armed Services tactical air and land forces subcommittee members have included four physiological episode-related provisions in their mark of the fiscal year 2019 defense policy bill to keep a spotlight on the issue, according to a committee staffer. The first provision focuses on modifications to F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet aircraft requiring the Navy secretary to submit an annual report beginning in February 2019.
