Marines complete ACV operational assessment, downselect slated for mid-June

The Marine Corps recently completed the operational assessment for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle, and is waiting for after-action reports before downselecting to one vendor in mid-June, according to an official. Col. Kirk Mullins, ACV Increment 1.1 deputy program manager, told Inside Defense April 24 the operational assessment kicked off in January at Twentynine Palms, CA, for the desert phase.
