MDA hypersonic defense weapon systems concept definition BAA

In an April 27, 2018 broad agency announcement, the Missile Defense Agency "is requesting Industry to submit white papers for Concept Definition for Hypersonic Defense (HD) Weapon Systems during the Threats Glide and Terminal Flight Phases for both kinetic & non-kinetic weapons to support the missile defense system."
