Boeing buys KLX for $4.25 billion

Boeing announced today it has agreed to acquire Miami-based aerospace parts distributor KLX for $4.25 billion. KLX provides new aviation parts and related aftermarket services, and markets and distributes products for approximately 2,400 manufacturers and offers nearly 1 million catalog items, according to a Boeing statement.
