Leidos to divest commercial cybersecurity business

Capgemini said today it has agreed to acquire Leidos Cyber, the contractor's commercial cybersecurity arm.

The completion of the deal is subject to anti-trust and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States approvals, the Paris-based company added.

Leidos Cyber includes nearly 500 cybersecurity professionals, located mainly in North America, Capgemini said. Its customers are primarily Fortune 500 companies.
