Lockheed Martin said today it has named Robert Mullins senior vice president for corporate strategy and business development, succeeding Stephanie Hill.

Hill has been named deputy executive vice president of the company's rotary and mission systems business. Both appointments are effective Oct. 8.

Mullins joined the company about six months ago and is vice president for strategy and business development for Lockheed Martin Space. He previously was an executive at Cobham, ATK and Northrop Grumman.

In Hill's new job, she "will be responsible for all RMS program execution and all RMS Lines of Business will report to her -- including Sikorsky; Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors; Training and Logistic Solutions; and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C6ISR)," Lockheed said.

Hill was tapped to lead corporate strategy and business development just over a year ago after serving as general manager of Lockheed's cyber, ships and advanced technologies business within RMS.
