BACN fleet set to receive $100 million plus-up under FY-19 spending bill

Congress plans to appropriate $100 million toward the Battlefield Airborne Communications Node program, settling a minor disagreement over how much to offer as part of a fiscal year 2019 “minibus” spending package. The legislation passed the House by a vote of 361-61 Wednesday and now awaits President Trump's signature.
