DOD memo on Pentagon cloud strategy

The Aug. 17, 2018 memo sent to Defense Department leaders by Pentagon Chief Information Officer Dana Deasy calls for DOD to pursue a computing environment featuring different types of clouds and multiple vendors, but the chief information officer's role as a central governing authority will be key to reaching an "optimized" environment.
