SAIC to add Engility board members Kerko, McFarland

Science Applications International Corp. said today David Kerko and Katrina McFarland will become members of its board of directors once the company's planned acquisition of Engility closes.

Both are members of Engility's board. Their addition will bring SAIC's total board membership to 11.

Kerko, who joined Engility's board in 2015, previously was an executive at KKR, one of the private-equity firms that acquired TASC. TASC was later acquired by Engility.

McFarland joined Engility's board in 2017 after serving as assistant secretary of defense for acquisition. She also has served as Army acquisition executive.
